I absolutely love Pregnancy Announcements; it’s one of the best things to see popping up on your timeline. I just love celebrating the happy things in life, even if I don’t know someone that well. When it comes to your pregnancy announcement some people know exactly what they want to do whereas others will be completely overwhelmed. I popped together some of my fave ideas as a little place to come if your not sure what to do. So, here are 7 Simple Pregnancy Announcement Ideas for you to chose from.

Starting with my own pregnancy announcement here is Elara with a scan photo of her baby sister. Super simple and easy to do and just super cute. I found this big sister t-shirt on amazon and couldn’t resist it. The tricky part is just getting your little one to either look at the camera or just keep still.

Another from me was this simple flatlay of baby’s gender reveal. I hate all the pink/blue stuff and wanted to keep it gender neutral so literally just spelt it out with a peg board. I love a good peg board and I think flatlays with them are super effective and again super simple. Again this board is from Amazon and has appeared in lots of blog posts and Instagram posts and is one of my favourite blog props.

This one has to be one of my favourites. For Elaras pregnancy I used a scan photo and Mike’s, mine and babies little old skool vans. This time I thought I would add in Elaras vans too to signify we have another little one joining us. Super simple but super cute. And yes we still love our old skools. Another one from me and one that I haven’t posted anywhere; here is babies scan photo with a teeny pair of socks, a teeny vest and a lovely book that we received as a gift for Elara. Again a simple flatlay that looks super cute. I really do love a good flatlay. Its the socks in this one that really get me; just look at how teeny they are.

The lovely Emma from Sophieellaandme sent over this lovely photo of her daughter Sophie announcing the exciting news that she was becoming a big sister. Another lovely simple pregnancy announcement but still super cute.

This lovely simple Christmas themed pregnancy announcement comes from ChildrenofWanderlust. Keeping it simple proves again that it’s the most effective at announcing your pregnancy. You really don’t need to do anything fancy. Bringing in simple decorations that you may have up around your home for any festive period is a great way at looking back to see when exactly it was you announced your pregnancy too.

This lovely announcement comes from DoodleHeart, a lovely family selfie showing off the newest little member. I love simple photos like this because they are just so wholesome.
