As my 28th birthday has just passed I thought it would be a good time to write a blog post with all the things I would like to do before I’m 30 and then review it next year and for my 30th birthday. Maybe even review it every 6 months. See how I have improved and how much I need to tick off my list.
- Have another baby. I really want to give Elara a sibling. This it top of my list.
- Move House; we really want to buy together. When I met Mike I already owned our current house so it would be really nice to upgrade and chose a new home together.
- Be working as a blogger/influencer full time. I really love it and have been putting my heart and soul into it for the past 4 months and I have been enjoying it more and more as time goes on.
- Be engaged to the love of my life and my absolute soulmate Michael. 3 years together and still no ring. And yes I will make him read this.
- Be more comfortable in my own skin, I am slowly learning to love my body. VERY slowly.
- Learn how to belly dance. It has always been a skill I really want to learn.
- Learn how to speak Welsh. I am Welsh but I can barely speak the language. Embarrassing really.
- Grow a green thumb. I love my plant babies but I’m pretty clueless on how to care for them.
- Travel more. I really want to tick off more countries and visit more places as a little family.
- Bake more. I love to bake and I really want to be the go to person to make cakes in the family and just be forever baking.
- Live in the moment more. I am pretty bad at wishing time away and want to change that around.
- Read more. I really need to give myself more reading time.
- Improve my health. I have put on weight lately and my asthma is definitely suffering more. Its not your usual weightloss, I want it to be healthy lifestyle change.
- Run. I love to run but just never find the time. I need to carve this time out of my week.
- Practice Yoga. I use to go to Yoga classes twice a week and absolutely loved it. I was progressing well and really enjoying it.
- Keep my home tidy. I am a really messy person and struggle when it comes to keeping things tidy. I can clean everything but it still just looks messy. I need to declutter. A lot.
- Own less crap. Kinda carrying on from the last one. I want to declutter my life.
- Reach 10k on Instagram. I think everyone is after the swipe up right?
- Cut negative people out of my life. Bye Bye.
- Spend more quality time with family. Family time is the best time.
- Go to more gigs. I haven’t been to a single gig since Elara has been born. It’s almost been 2 years.
- Wear a Bikini. Sounds normal enough but with my stretch marks from pregnancy and surgery scars from having my gallbladder out I hate my mum tum.
- Become an early riser. I am definitely a night owl but I would love to at least try being an early riser for a couple of weeks.
- Become more sustainable. Already something I am hugely working on.
- Own an electric car. My dad has an electric car and he bloody loves it. Better for the environment and cheaper.
- Be more confident in every way.
- Wear what I want. No matter what anyone thinks.
- Learn more about the science behind skincare. I love skincare and really want to delve into the technical side of things.
- Improve my photography skill. I can see this improving all the time so it will be nice to look back on and compare.
- Be happy. Above everything else this is my most important task.
Similar to this post is Emmas blog post listing her bucket list for after lockdown. You may also enjoy my Lost Plans due to covid-19 post. I will hopefully to regular checkups on this 30 before 30 list.

So many amazing goals here, I hope you manage to achieve as many as you can. Buying a home is one of my goals too! 🙂
Yas to number 19! Cut all those bitches out! Caitylis x x
Yoga is one I also need to get back into! During the lockdown, gyms closed, and although I did some classes at home online, that didn’t last long!
What a gorgeous post to read – so much positivity!
I’d love to start yoga and give my brain and body some power!

These are some lovely goals! x
I’d love an electric car, they’re so pricey but the speed on them is insane, definitely getting one for my next car!

What an exciting list ahead of you! I’m useless with plants, I just don’t have a clue how to look after them haha! x

What a great list! As someone who is well past the 30-mark, this remains very inspiring! As you might imagine, we especially like no. 15 (wonder why?!) Do you have many still to tick off?
