TOP 10 TV SERIES TO WATCH ON NETFLIX during lockdown

21st April 2020 10 Comments

During the pandemic everyone is going to be watching Netflix so I thought it’s about time I share my Top 10 TV Series to watch on Netflix. If you aren’t currently signed up to Netflix then I’m telling you now you need to; click here.

tiger king

Now you must have heard about the Tiger King lately because it’s been absolutely everywhere. Carole Baskin? Joe Exotic? OMG this show is crazy! It will actually blow your mind with all the crazy things going on. America definitely needs to sort their laws out.

jane the virgin

Jane the Virgin is incredible. I remember watching the first episode thinking OMG I’m hooked. It’s a romantic comedy which is based on a telenovela. It’s a bit crazy too. Just as something starts to go well a huge spanner is thrown into the works. It’s hilarious and I’m gutted I’m up to date.

virgin river

This is a recent discovery and I have binge watched all of season 1 in 2 days. I love it. It’s very girly and sweet and you can pretty much guess what’s going to happen but there’s something so charming about it. Each episode is 45 minutes long too which I love.

you

Now this is gripping. I loved this. Again, you knew what was coming at most parts but you still can’t look away. Very weird seeing Dan Humphries as a kind of baddy though.

gossip girl

The mention of Dan Humphries reminded me of Gossip Girl. If you’ve never watched this all the way though now is your chance. A proper girly bitchy watch.

the big bang theory

One of my ultimate fave TV programs. I have recently watched this all the way through again and I just bloody love it. Every Season is now on Netflix and its just so good.

schitts creek

OMG this is incredible. So well written and bloody hilarious. A rich family is forced to move to a town they own and live in a Motel and its so damn funny. Only downside is Moira, the mum. She is the worst character I have ever come across and she just doesn’t change and actually annoyed me more as the seasons went on. I love it!

instant hotel

This is every home obsessed persons dream. A program where people have an air b n b and they stay in each others homes and rate them. Its based in Australia and hilarious. There are some really bitchy bits and the decor is incredible. Highly recommend this one. Me and Mike binge watched season 1- the first bit in one sitting.

cheer

I have never in my life been into cheer but I started watching this and I’m hooked, even Instagram recommends videos of cheer leaders. Cheer is a docu-series based around the Navarro cheerleaders. The stunts they do are insane and its a great watch.

love is blind

OMG this is so good. This is basically an experiment to see if love is truly blind. They date a number of different people without seeing each other and get engaged without ever meeting. Then go on to get married. Will they make it down the isle? You will become invested and feel like you know them. The drama. Oh lord your in for a good time.

I feel like I could write loads more so definitely let me know if you’d like to see more content like this. It was super fun to write. Maybe a top 10 films on Netflix? Here are some ideas of what to watch on Now Tv. If you’d like to read what I’m currently watching on Disney + click here.
