Being Pregnant at Christmas is amazing; eating whatever you like, being told to make more time for yourself, I love it. However presents are usually directed at the baby but this blog post is a Pregnancy Gift Guide, yay. All self care products and things that really help while pregnant.

Hottea mama

Hottea mama is a new brand I have come across and fallen in love with. Award winning teas that support women in pregnancy, motherhood and menopause. I have been drinking the Night Owl tea for the past couple of weeks and I’ve found it really helps me get a good nights sleep, its amazing. I also love the Get up and Glow and Morning Rescue teas. Definitely a brand to try out.

sheepers slippers

I have been obsessed with Sheepers for so long and last Christmas Mike treated me to a beautiful pair for Christmas. They are still going strong today even though I wear them daily and they are the comfiest most supportive slippers ever. Perfect for anymore but especially pregnant mamas that may be struggling with painful or swollen feet.

natural birthing company

The Natural Birthing Company are a fab little brand that make lovely soothing products for pre and post natal mamas. This Birthing Essentials Kit is incredible and has everything you need to pack in your bag for the hospital for just £20, perfect for mamas due soon or those that like to be well prepared. I have been using their Massage and Stretch Mark Oil on my tummy every night for the past couple of months and its become my nightly ritual to help me relax before bed.

hypnobirthing course

While pregnant with Elara I started an online hypnobirthing course; unfortunately when I went into labour Elara was back to back and I panicked and forgot all my hypnobirthing techniques. As I was having my epidural I suddenly remembered the breathing techniques and it really helped me to relax and keep still while the epidural was being administered. This pregnancy I am having one to one hypnobirthing classes with the lovely Amy over at TheBirthingBubble. I really think this would be an incredible present for expecting mamas.

aska maternity bracelets

Aska Maternity bracelets are not only beautiful but they are also so so important. Tracking your babies movements while pregnant is so important and babies will continue to move more and more until they settle into a pattern. It is not true that babies move less at the end of pregnancy; they continue to move within their pattern until they are born. You move the aska charm one bead at a time each time you feel your baby move throughout the day. Its so handy to keep track of how many times your baby has moved, especially with a toddler to look after. The Aska Bracelets are amazing and definitely had to make it into my Pregnancy Gift Guide.

ark skincare

Ark Skincare is a skincare brand that I have recently discovered. I have been using their de-stress serum religiously over the past couple of weeks and I have noticed a huge difference in my skin and hormonal breakouts. Ark do a huge range of skincare products and you can shop through the age range or the skin concern.

Miss pattiserie

Miss Pattiserie make the cutest bath and shower products; all vegan and high quality. I love the shower steamers and they would make the cutest little gift. They do a whole host of bath products too and are huge advocates of self care.

Kally sleep pillow

Kally sleep make a huge range of amazing pillows for all different walks of life. I have the body pillow and while its not solely for pregnancy it is still an amazing pillow for when you are pregnant. I love to cuddle this at night to help support my hips.

Dr paw paw

Dr Paw Paw make a huge range of different beauty products. The Hello Gorgeous set would make a fab little present or stocking filler and comes with 3 little balms to try; the original, the ultimate red balm and the peachy pink balm.
