UPCIRCLE: THE REVIEW*

Here is my Upcircle: The Review. I was gifted these products but I am writing this review myself with no obligation. I was very kindly gifted a few products from the Upcirlce range a couple of weeks ago now and have been loving using them. If you follow me on Instagram you will have already seen some shots of the products and their beautiful packaging.

Upcircle, you can check them out here, are a Natural and Ethical Skincare brand; they are vegan, cruelty free and zero waste. They use discarded food products and turn them into incredible skincare. They used ground coffee from artisan cafes and turn them into body and face scrubs and even more brilliantly they take fruit stones and turn them into moisturisers and cleansing balms. I absolutely love the values and background of the brand.

I am trying to live sustainably without comprimising on comfort or results and Upcircle is definitely paving the path for other beauty brands to follow. When you delve into the world of sustainability you will be so surprised at how far we have to go. Even packaging is still plastic for a lot of brands. With Upcircle they use metal or glass packaging and then even sell a little Scrub Tube squeezer so you can get every drop of your gorgeous scrub out.

I was kindly sent the face scrub (shop here, affiliate link) which is made from repurposed coffee grounds and essential oils and smells incredible. I love a good face scrub and I also have my eye on the body scrub too. This leaves my skin so smooth without damaging the skin like other scrubs can do. This smells incredible and I love that you can also pick up the Tube squeezer to really get every single drop out. Don’t forget to recycle the packaging once you’ve used it all up too.

I was also kindly sent the Face mask which is made from finely ground olive stones; another food product that would otherwise be wasted. It helps to keep blackheads and breakouts at bay and is a lovely relaxing treat for yourself and your face. I love popping this mask on when in the bath as thats my me time to fully relax.

I was also kindly sent the pamper kit which includes sample sizes of the Face Moisturiser, the Cleansing Balm and the Face Oil which is a great way to try out 3 Upcircle products without committing to the full size versions. Although I think you will love the full size versions regardless. The Pamper kit is perfect for a little night in pamper session. I have now got all 3 of the products included in this kit on my NEED list. Upcircle is such an amazing brand and I really think any product you pick up from them will have you, your skin and your sustainable living, happy.

If you’d link to read about more sustainable friendly brands you can check out my review of Friction Free Shaving here. Hope you enjoyed my little Upcircle: The Review as I will be creating lots more. Have you tried anything from Upcircle yet?

I love potted/tubed face masks! They last so much longer than just the little packet ones! I’m really getting into my zero waste and vegan brands at the moment so I’ll definitely have to try these! Do they do hair care to or is it just skincare?

I need to have a look at that face scrub – see if it contains coconut oil or not! My body scrub is gorgeous, a bit messy but definitely worth it 🙂
