Loreal Infallible Matte Foundation

My skin is usually very dry and flakey but over the last couple of months my t-zone has been getting really oily with the rest being dehydrated. As my t-zone is oily, getting my foundation base to set is a pain, add to that the fact that my skin is dehydrated and any kind of powder irritates my skin and clings to any dry patches and you have yourself nightmare skin. I was on the lookout for a matte foundation that would last all day and keep my skin matte and shine free the whole time. To be completely honest with you I didn’t have high hopes as this foundation only cost me £7.99 in Boots, and I’ve tried so many high end products to no avail, that I was sure this would be the same. This foundation has become one of my all time favourite foundations; it is long lasting, keeps my skin matte all day and feels light and fresh on the skin. The foundation has a medium coverage but is definitely buildable; when applied with my Real Techniques buffing brush it blends seamlessly into the skin. I always get compliments on my skin when wearing this foundation, and let me tell you, my skin is definitely not worth complimenting at the moment. Anyone, from a slightly oily t-zone to downright oily skin, will benefit from this foundation.

Have you tried the Loreal Infallible Matte Foundation? Do you think it would work for your skin type?
