I have been lusting after a Kate Spade bag for the last couple of years as well as a lot of other designer bags. Kate Spade is a designer brand that is a little more affordable than most and I knew that it was likely that my first designer bag purchase was going to be from this cute kitch brand. I clasped eyes on this bag from across the store and had to have it. I carried it round the whole store desperately wanting it but going over in my mind if it was too much for a tiny cross body bag. I decided that I work hard for my money and I've wanted a Kate Spade cross body bag for so long that I would treat myself. My husband, Stephen, saw the price tag and thought I was nuts but hey, thats men for you.

This cross body bag is in the most beautiful bright pink coral colour and in a textured leather that will hide any marks/scratches. It has a little magnetic twist clasp to the front and then opens to the most beautiful monochrome internal pattern with a little pocket and the kate spade logo. I am obsessed with this bag and I really think I will get a lot of use out of it throughout the Summer months. It is a small bag but I can fit my iPhone 6 a mini purse and some make-up essentials in there and thats just perfect for me. All Kate Spade bags come with a beautiful dust bag which is where this bag will be living when not in use. I plan on keeping this bag for a long time and want to keep it in perfect condition.

What do you think of Kate Spade as a brand, is there anything that you are lusting over?

Where have Kat Von D liquid lipsticks been all my life?! Pigmented, long lasting, easy to apply and in amazing shades; it took all my effort to not come home with the whole line, but I did leave with 3. I chose (Top to Bottom) Mother, Melancholia and Lolita. Mother is described as a dusty mauve pink, I would say it's a little deeper than a dusty pink but its still a nude-ish pink. Melancholia is described as rose blush but I would say its a pale pink nude. I think Melancholia is one of my favourite nudes at the moment; and Lolita is described as a Chestnut Rose, it is a very deep brown nude. When I saw this in Sephora I was unsure if it would suit me or not but I decided to take the plunge as I loved the swatch on my hand and I am now a dark lip colour convert.

A few more shades that I would love to pick up are: Bauhaus (a deep raspberry shade), Outlaw (a brick red shade), Requiem (a soft lilac shade) and Armageddon (a carnation pink shade). The quality of these liquid lipsticks is actually insane; they would easily last all day if you were not eating and drinking, and even if you are they would last a good solid 3 hours. The texture is a little drying after a few hours wear but once they have dried down to their matte formula they are undetectable on the lips. Have you tried the Kat Von D liquid lipsticks? What shades do you have?

Saving my face. Exaggeration? Nope. My skin has been awful lately, like, really really bad. I've recently come off the contraceptive pill which has made my skin go a little crazy. Add that to my already redness and eczema prone sensitive skin and you've got yourself a whole lotta angry. La Roche Posay's Serozinc adds much needed moisture into my skin and calms it down ready for the Rosaliac AR Intense serum to treat the redness. The Rosaliac serum has helped to calm down the redness on my cheeks and around my nose, oh the joys of being a woman huh? After the serum I go in with the Hydraphase Intense which is aimed at treating normal to combination skin to fight dullness and dehydration. Individually these products work wonderfully, together they are pure magic. When I first heard of Serozinc I assumed it was just overpriced water in a bottle and I begrudged paying for water in a spray can; I got desperate with my skin so I broke down and bought Serozinc and I haven't looked back since. One bottle lasts me around 6 months of me using it morning and night. My skin actually feels tight and dry if I've not used Serozinc that day, don't believe me? Try it out yourself. Do you love La Roche Posay? Any products I should try?

I first purchased my Real Techniques core collection including the buffing brush back in 2011 when they were first released. Let's take a minute to really think about how long ago that was. Time goes by way to quickly. Anyway, I have used this same buffing brush almost daily over the last 5 years and I could never get it back to it's white fluffy bristles no matter how hard I tried. Then came along the Real Techniques Cleansing Palette* and Cleansing Gel*. Usually I would use a baby shampoo and swish the brushes in my hand with the tap running, wasting water; now I wet the brush, use a small pea sized amount of the cleansing gel in the palette and swish the brush until clean, rinse and dry. It's really that simple. No need for running taps or makeup stained hands. I've seen a lot of the cleansing palettes around but I have never purchased one as they have always been quite expensive but this palette retails for £12.99 with a free sample of the cleansing gel to try out. You can see by the photos above that my 5 year old buffing brush that never returned to it's original state is almost white and fluffy again due to the cleansing palette and gel. The sculpting brush* is fairly new to my collection and has returned to it's original state very easily.

There will be a more in depth review on my YouTube Channel here if you would like to see how I use the palette and my current favourite makeup brushes. Have you tried the Real Techniques Cleansing palette? What are your favourite Real Techniques brushes?

Visiting America for the first time last month I had to make a beeline for Sephora, the holy grail of beauty, and buy everything I have been lusting over for what feels like my entire life. Top of my list was Too Faced; as a brand Too Faced encompasses everything I love in a makeup product: long lasting, highly pigmented and beautiful packaging. I had already tried the Better Than Sex Mascara (my now all time favourite Mascara BTW) and wanted everything. I, sadly, am not a millionaire so couldn't purchase everything but before I knew it their Born this Way Foundation and Natural Eyes palette were in my basket and I was heading to the checkout. Whilst on the way to the checkout I came across the Kat Von D liquid lipsticks and boy did I fall in love; I had to limit myself and left with only 3. The shade I am wearing above is the most popular shade Lolita, a deep brown nude.

A few other products I left with were the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow, Tartes Amazonian Clay Blush in Flush and the most sought after highlighter ever Becca's Champagne Pop. Mix that with my favourite bronzer, Chanels Soliel Tan de Chanel and my Urban Decay Naked Concealer and you have my current favourite face. What do you think of the purchases I made? What are you lusting over?
